The 30-Minute Solution
Our 30-minute solution is nothing new – we have been successfully using it since 1989. The 30-minute workout is NOT a circuit-based workout. Each workout is different – designed to challenge the individual instead of using a broad general workout routine. Our methods are anything but routine. Our trainer’s realize the importance of time management and we value our client’s time. Each client is clinically evaluated on-site to ensure the workout we design is for them.

Fitness Evaluation
Clients are profiled based on individual oxygen consumption as well as body composition. This enables the trainer to set the standard of training to optimize the clients’ performance. The clients can opt for evaluation services on a stand-alone basis. One of the many benefits is that each person will find out exactly how many calories their body burns in a 24-hour period without exercises. The second phase of the test will examine at what heart rate zone will burn the most fat for the individual. Whether you are a client of ours or train at another facility, we are happy to provide you with this service so that you can get the results you are after.
