Personal Training
Individual clients are provided
with training schedules based on the results of their profiling. Trainers
ensure these routines are implemented properly by working one-on-one with
the clients. The clients can opt for the following:
Express Training
A one-on-one workout with a
trainer for 30 minutes, two to three days a week.
Buddy
System
Similar to Express Training but conducted over a
group of two to three people. The system helps to build a competitive
environment in fitness training.
Boot
Camp
Small and large groups are welcome. Small groups (4-6)
have the option of indoor or outdoor training. Larger groups (6-12) must
meet outdoors.
Seasoned Adult
Training
For those in their golden years – it’s not too late
to take charge! Improve bone density, strengthen ligaments and tendons,
and improve your overall health. We have programs for you! |
